The average cost of a home inspection in the San Francisco Bay Area starts at $795 for Single Family Homes and $545 for a condominium inspection. The final cost of a home inspection varies and depends on the total square footage and any other services added on such as a Termite Inspection.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A HOME INSPECTION?
A home inspection looks at the home’s HVAC system, interior plumbing and electrical systems, roof, attic, floors, windows and doors, foundation, basement, and structural components. The scope of a home inspection can be customized to your property i.e. single-family home, condominium, or multi-family property.

WHAT’S THE TYPICAL TIMEFRAME FOR SCHEDULING?
Scheduling an inspection is generally feasible within one to three days from the time you contact us. Our team consists of multiple inspectors, allowing us to accommodate even last-minute inspection requests. This flexibility ensures that we can find a convenient time slot for your inspection needs, even on short notice. Our commitment is to provide timely and efficient service to meet your scheduling requirements.
WHAT’S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME FOR REPORTS?
Our inspection reports are typically delivered within one to two days following the inspection. However, if you are facing a strict inspection contingency and require the report sooner, we offer the option of providing same-day home inspection reports for an additional fee of $75.
